We're here to help with anything related to TrueYou and Sophie, our AI assistant. There is no support form — just send us an email and a person will read it.

1. Contact support

Medical emergencies: TrueYou is not an emergency service and Sophie is not a healthcare provider. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

2. If you are a patient

Sophie messages you on behalf of your clinic, and your clinic is the one responsible for your care. For anything about your recovery, medications, symptoms, or appointments, contact your clinic directly — they can answer faster and with your full medical record in front of them.

Email us instead when:

• Messages or calls from Sophie aren't arriving, or arrive twice
• You want to stop receiving text messages (you can also reply STOP at any time)
• Something in the app isn't working
• You have a question about your privacy or your information

You can ask to speak with a person at your clinic at any time, and Sophie will pass you along.

3. If you are a clinic

For help with your account, setup, staff access, billing, or anything your team runs into day to day, email support@trueyouapp.com.

To see TrueYou before signing up, write to felipe@trueyouapp.com instead.

4. What to include in your email

The more of this you can tell us, the faster we can help:

• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
• When it happened, and the name of your clinic if you're a patient
• The device and app you were using (iPhone, Android, web)
• A screenshot, if you have one

Please don't send passwords. You don't need to include medical details to report a technical problem.

5. Privacy and legal

To exercise your privacy rights, or to ask what information we hold about you, email privacy@trueyouapp.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and who we share it with, and our Terms of Use cover the rules for using TrueYou.
